Blakeview - 366k
Townes of Moorefield - 540k
Waterford - 450k

Poplar Terrace- four houses - from 510k to  $1,185,000
Hatmark - 945k
Moorefield - 925k

However, rental market near the Vienna metro has more to offer:
condominiums:
Acadia - two 2 BR units - $1,975/mo amd $1,895/mo; 1 BR unit - $1,700/mo
Marquis -1 BR unit -$1,500/mo; two 2 BR units - $1,950/mo and $2,000/mo

townhouses:
Circle Woods- $2,250/mo
Country Creek- -two- $2,250/mo and $2,500/mo
Ivy Square - $2,795/mo
Virginia Center - $3,000/mo

Vienna metro- $3,100/mo
