Moorefield - 925k

However, rental market near the Vienna metro has more to offer:

Marquis -1 BR unit -$1,500/mo; two 2 BR units - $1,950/mo and $2,000/mo

townhouses:
Circle Woods- $2,250/mo
Country Creek- -two- $2,250/mo and $2,500/mo
Ivy Square - $2,795/mo
Virginia Center - $3,000/mo 
Hunters Branch- $3,200/mo
Vienna metro- $3,100/mo
Townes of Moorefield - $2,450/mo and $2,500/mo
Waterford- $2,495/mo and $2,100/mo
